The new Microbus LINX vehicle-first demountable PC utilising Tetra Technology.

The new Microbus LINX vehicle-first demountable PC which was launched as a concept at the BAPCO Exhibition in April has truly gone worldwide. Richard Blake, Sales & Marketing Director at Microbus, said: "We have now taken orders from all over the world including Middle East, North America and Europe. LINX, with its unique in-built TETRA radio modem has attracted worldwide demand wherever TETRA networks are established.

This is the only product available in the market today specifically designed for use with the 'vehicle-first' in mind with a fully functioning TETRA communications package for inside and outside the vehicle". As a multi-bearer solution LINX offers the user the maximum choice of communication options while out in the field. It provides integrated connectivity through 3G/EDGE/GPRS, and, allied to WiFi and Bluetooth, provides seamless links back to base.
